I am a consultant and mom who helps families and individuals create healthy, non-toxic environments in their homes so they can have peace of mind and live vibrant, healthy lives.

As a mom, a former consumer protection lawyer in Washington DC, and a warrior of my own complex health journey, I know firsthand what a difference the products we surround ourselves with can make to our health and development.

For about ten years, I experienced multiple health symptoms, including crippling pain and fatigue that made everyday life a challenge. Even a “simple” task like going to the grocery store took all the energy I had for the day. It was only after I looked beyond traditional Western medicine to address the root causes of my symptoms - which included Lyme disease, a pain syndrome, mold toxicity, and environmental sensitivities - that I was able to return to a state of vibrant health. One of the ways that I maintain my health now is by exposing my body to as low of a toxic load as possible.

I created Natural Haven to share all I learned on my own journey, and to help people eliminate anxiety and guesswork from curating a natural, low-tox living space that supports their health.
